Dress:

Casual / business attire. This is an outdoor event, so guests are encouraged to wear
comfortable shoes and come prepared for the weather.

Tickets:

Guests must pre-register for the event by registering on the H2O website. Tickets are
$100.00 CAD each.

A buffet lunch will be provided, included in your ticket. Coffee, tea, light snacks, and
water will be available.

Vessel Transportation

We are pleased to offer complimentary transportation to COVE for our out-of-town guests. The vessel will bring guests from the Halifax waterfront to COVE in the morning and back at the end of the event.

Closing Reception – During the return trip, passengers will enjoy an exclusive 60-minute On-Water Closing Reception, including a customized 60-minute Halifax Harbour cruise and a cash bar.

The voyage from Halifax Waterfront to COVE in Dartmouth departs at 9:15 AM sharp on June 14th from The Cable Wharf (1751 Lower Water St). The departing voyage leaves COVE in Dartmouth at 2:30 PM and arrives at The Cable Wharf in Halifax at 3:30 PM. There will only be one ride each way, so we strongly encourage prompt arrival time to allow for check-in. If the boat reaches capacity or you miss the departures, guests will be required to find their own way (see below for options). We will not be offering one-way rides.

To participate in this complimentary vessel transportation and the closing reception trip, registration is mandatory and must be done individually for each travelling guest. The deadline to register is Wednesday, June 7th (5:00 PM AST). Space is limited, and is first come, first serve.

Alternative Transportation

A fun alternative is to take the public Alderney Ferry over to COVE. The Ferry departs from the Halifax Ferry Terminal every 10-15 minutes, arrives at Dartmouth’s Alderney Ferry Terminal, and from there is a 15-minute walk to COVE along a manicured waterside path. The trip takes approximately 40 minutes, and the ferry fare is $2.75 CAD cash each way. The ferry’s daily schedule can be found here.

If you are travelling by car, limited parking is available and free on-site to our guests. We encourage carpooling if possible.

Taxicab options include Casino Taxi (+1-902-429-6666) or Bob’s Taxi (+1-902-463-2222). Uber is also available in the area.
